I am a curious individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping less fortunate Community, especially women. I have dedicated much of my time and continues to take steps toward women’s independence, equality, and empowerment in my community in Bangladesh. I believe there needs to be a growing focus on women’s entrepreneurship, innovation, health, tech education and digitalization of underprivileged women.

I have completed my 6 years long journey as a passionate Entrepreneur and have been actively engaged in community leadership and social work. My 6 years of hard work has left my active footprints in different international and national organizations.

Currently, I am the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of PICONSTANT. PICONSTANT is a Tech Company based in Bangladesh working with a view to solve social problems through Innovation and Technology based solutions.

I am also the Co- Founder of Youth Hub. Youth Hub is a global platform for the youth leaders from around the world. It focuses on fostering Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship. Youth Hub is working to educate and enable school students, especially girls, in Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship. Youth Hub launched its very own initiatives: SCHOOL CODERS, SUKONNA, GIRLS IN ICT and SCHOOLPRENEUR.

I am one of  The Founding Director of Human Aid Bangladesh Foundation.

I am also the Country Lead for Bangladesh of Commonwealth Youth Innovation Hub. The Commonwealth Youth Centre for Innovation Leadership works as a hub to develop human capital to drive economic and societal innovation, foster unity and transform societies through sustainable impact.

Me and my husband got featured on Google Official Blog , Local Guides Connect & all social channels as part of Valentine’s Day 2018 titled ” Meet the couple that guides together”. I selected the Google Local Guides Summit 2016, 2017,2018 and 2019 at Google HQ, California, San Francisco, USA full funded by Google. Google Local Guides featured me on their Social Channels as part of International Women’s Day 2017.

I am contributing with Google Crowdsource community as a Representative of Bangladesh. Google Crowdsource is an opportunity for the internet users to contribute and enrich own mother language on virtual space.

I am also an Ambassador at Incitement. Incitement is the next-generation social business – powered by inspirational talks – connecting youths, social causes, and corporations to tackle global issues together.

I am a Global Youth Ambassador under Her Excellency Mrs Sarah Brown, wife of Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, under A World at School: Theirworld.

I am The Regional Director at CoderGirls. CoderGirls is an international nonprofit organization to educate and enable female students in computer science.

As a social worker, I am working for Rohingya Community at Rohingya Camp Bangladesh and working on environmental issues, flood-affected areas and warm clothes distribution project. I attended many national and international Summit. I attended The Google Cloud Summit 2017 Malaysia and the Google Research Program at Google Singapore Office.

I was a participant of The Inaugural Commonwealth Youth Summit – the first of its kind, which was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Wales during his first visit to Malaysia and The Deputy Secretary-General of The Commonwealth, Dr Josephine Ojiambo. This Summit welcomed 300 of the brightest young leaders of The Commonwealth out of 1800 applicants.

I  Participated in the Faith in the Commonwealth Youth Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop. (a fully funded residential training program held in Dhaka, Bangladesh by The Commonwealth with the support of Commonwealth Secretariat & Khalili foundation. Through this residential training program participants developed the ability to lead peer-based learning lessons & design community-based projects in their own respective field with the support of Commonwealth)

Apart from all these, I have been actively involved with multiple events as an organizer and speaker. I hope to expand my activities and support more youths and women’s in the future.
